Exhibition design for Van Esch

A long ribbon of timber spirals inside a narrow interior. Like a gigantic wood shaving, it makes its way through an old Milan bakery, stirring the senses in the process. Like Alice in Wonderland, the visitor follows the curved structure, discovering new products that spark the imagination along the way. In the morning, a special breakfast further recalls the famous tale by Lewis Carroll: eat me, taste me, try me…
